Return Policy and Customer Information

This webstore services and ships to North America, including the USA, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. If you live in another region please click the Dealer Map and contact your local dealer or distributer for service.

Important Return Policy Information:

Banshee Bikes cares deeply for the environment and we strive to limit our impact wherever possible. As a part of this mission we strive to limit our impact through wasteful and un-needed shipping and returns. In our perfect world we would have 0% returns, so we discourage placing any orders unless the customer is sure it's the correct item required. If you are unsure about the compatibility of a part, please contact hello@bansheebikes.com prior to placing an order so we can assist you!

Mistakes can happen, and if the mistake is Banshee's we will take care of the customer with an easy return and replacement. 

For all other returns, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the freight costs to return the item. If you do decide you need to return an item, please email hello@bansheebikes.com for more information regarding the return procedure. 

Certain items like Softgoods, are not eligible for returns unless there was a mistake made during fulfillment.

You may create your own account by clicking "create account" at the top of this page, however it will still need to be approved prior to full access being granted, so be sure to email your Banshee sales contact when doing so.

Special note for North American retail customers:

In an effort to greater serve our customers, Banshee retail customers and Banshee owners, may purchase select items directly through this webstore when product is available. These items include softgoods, small parts/kits and service parts. For information on purchasing frames, bikes and other Banshee products and packages not shown here, please contact your favorite Banshee Dealer. 

Products purchased through this store will usually be delivered to USA locations in 3-5 days, and Canada/Mexico locations in ~7 days. Products originate from the USA, so Canada and Mexico customers may be subject to customs tax's. Most products are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Smart Post.
